Abstract
In order to screen the best control agents for strawberry spider mites, four acaricides were tested for their effectiveness in both closed and greenhouse environments in Haicheng City, Liaoning Province.
Four test treatments and water controls were set up in the experiment, which were: 33% avermectin 750 times (T1), 45% bifendazole 750 times (T2), 30% spiroactin 750 times (T3), 43% diphenylhydrazide 750 times (T4) and water control (CK). The electric spray was used to uniformly spray the front and back sides of strawberry leaves.
The effects of different test treatments on strawberry red spider were compared by measuring the rate of pest clearance and control effect, in order to provide technical reference for the research and promotion of acaricide in strawberry cultivation.
The results showed that after spraying four types of acaricides in a closed environment for 7 days, the control effect reached 100%. Among the four pesticides sprayed in a greenhouse environment, 30% spiropyradifurone had the best rapid effect, and the control effect was the best after 1 day of application, at 87.34%, followed by 43% diphenylhydrazine ester at 85.32%; 45% benzofenapyr has the best sustained efficacy, with the best control effect after 7 days of application, reaching 93.5%. It is recommended to prioritize the use of 30% spiropyradifurone for the control of strawberry red spider mites (non-flowering period), followed by 43% benzofenapyr, to improve the rapid effectiveness of mite killing; compound 45% benzofenapyr to improve the effectiveness of mite killing.
